Cancelation Policy

  • If you cancel your reservation within 48 hours after booking or 30 days before arrival, we will offer you a full refund the same way you made the payment.
  • If your reservation is canceled within 29 days to 2 weeks before arrival, you’ll only be refunded 50% of the reservation value.
  • If you cancel within less than two weeks before arrival, then we will not refund you as we will keep 100% of the money as a cancellation penalty.

House Rules

  • The location of our apartments is in a residential area, which means that there are permanent residents who live in the building. Because of that, we can’t be responsible for any noise as a result of someone doing construction in their unit. The buildings follow a city code, which means they can only do construction work between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday to Friday, and they don’t do any noisy work on weekends. After this time, you can report any noise to the staff or property manager. The property needs to be in the same way as you met it; we only expect normal wear and tear. Agents or the property owner may enter the property at a reasonable time to fix anything. Guests are only allowed to cook in places particularly created for cooking. Guests need to instantly notify the agent or owner of any damage to the property. The guests shall be liable for every act of the family, employees, invitees, or any other person invited to the unit. Guests don’t have the right to assign or sublet the rental agreement. Guests will be required to return every parking pass and key upon departure. Guests need to abide by every rule of the Booking Agent, Condominium, Property Manager, and Owner.

 

  • Guests can not smoke outdoors or indoors. There are designated smoking areas in the building; all you need to do is reach out to the desk to get directions to the designated areas. We can’t allow any form of events or parties at any time in the building. This also includes excess noise and loud music after 10:00 pm. Only guests who are registered for the units are allowed to make use of the facilities like squash courts, fitness centers, pool, and so on, and they can only use them while they’re in the building and end on the date of check out.


We would like to plead to all guests to adhere to every one of these rules as they’ll be strictly enforced. This is to make sure that our property is in perfect shape for future guests and be a place people can call their home.
