What's your cancellation policy?

Guests need to cancel their reservation within 48 hours after booking or 30 days before the check-in date if they want to get a full refund.
If guests cancel after 48 hours of booking and before they move in, we will only refund a certain percentage of the deposit.

Is Midland Texas Short-Term Rentals Pet Friendly?

Of course, we welcome your furry friends in almost all, if not all the rentals. Although you might need to pay a small fee per pet as this is used to cover the cost of deep cleaning the unit after you check out.

What's included in Midland Short-Term rentals?

We provide furnished apartments, which means that you only need to come with your bags! Every other thing, from hairdryer to towels, to dishes, is available for you.

Living Room

What you'll typically find in the living room are a comfortable sofa, TV console, a stylish coffee table, and definitely our unique accessories and design features. We will also provide residents with a large HDTV that has ample channels, and you should also expect unlimited fast WiFi Internet, which will enable you to quickly and easily get work done or stream your favorite show.

Bedroom

We will provide an extremely comfortable queen-sized bed in the typical bedrooms here where two adults can sleep comfortably. The mattresses are of the best quality with cotton and natural wool products to make them breathable, thereby giving you maximum support. We will also give you freshly dry-cleaned duvet covers, duvets, bed sheets, and plush, fresh pillows with enough linens.

Kitchen

We feature every modern appliance in our kitchen, and they include a cooker, microwave, full-sized fridge, and an oven. We know how important it is to cook your meals at home, that's the reason we make sure we fully stock the kitchen to provide the best cooking experience. In our kitchens, you'll find utensils, cookware, glassware, toaster, dishes, pots, and pans, and definitely a modern stainless steel coffee machine that'll have filters and coffee so you can easily prepare fresh coffee anytime you want.

Bathroom

Typically, the bathrooms feature a shower, although there are bathtubs with stand-up showers in some of them. As soon as you arrive, you'll also see supplies that include soap, detergent, shampoo, and so on in the bathroom. You'll get enough fresh towels so you'll not have to do a lot of laundry, and of course, we also include extra toiletries for you.

Is checking in early accepted?

We offer some options for guests who request to check in early.
The typical time for check-in is 4:00 pm, and the time for check-out is 11:00 am. The reason you need to check in by 4:00 pm is that we want to give our cleaning crew substantial time to clean the apartment between the checkout and the check-in time. What you should know is that if the departure day of someone is the day you're arriving, we're not sure we can allow you to check in before 4:00 pm. Nevertheless, we'll notify the cleaning staff of when you're arriving so that they'll know and try their best to make sure the unit is available before 4:00 pm; remember, it's not a guarantee. If we're able to get the unit ready before 4:00 pm, we'll let you know so that you can check-in. If there is nobody leaving the unit on the day you're believed to arrive, we'll be more than glad to accommodate you when you want to check-in early. In a situation where there's no chance of checking in early, you can store your luggage at the front desk until the unit is set.

My flight arrived late, or I missed my flight, what's the check-in process?

Our front desk is always open 24/7, so you shouldn't worry about getting to the apartment at a particular time. We will leave the keys at the front desk under your unit number and name.

Can I check out later than scheduled?

So that we can accommodate the next guest, we would appreciate it if you check out promptly. If you'd like to check out late, the best thing is to let us be aware beforehand. Our cleaning staff is available during the day to prepare the units. Every unit needs to be ready by 4:00 pm for the next guests, and that's the reason we can't allow late checkout. We'll definitely consider it and accommodate if we're able to. Remember to always book an additional night if you feel you might stay longer or just inform us on time about it, and we'll see if it'll be possible.

Do you offer daily turndown or housekeeping service?

Daily turndown or housekeeping service isn't included in the rental package. Although, you can get weekly or daily service from our cleaning staff for additional fees. If you'd like to purchase extra services, please inform us, and we'll be more than glad to provide you with them.

Do you Have a washer or dryer available?

In some of our units, there are personal dryers and washers in the unit. If the unit you rented doesn't have a dryer or washer, we have a part of the building where you can take care of your laundry needs. You'll need to access the laundry room with a key. If you'd like to get the key, you should let us know beforehand, so we'll provide it while you're checking in. Detergent is readily available in the unit. We also provide an ironing board and iron.

Will I get a parking pass for more than one vehicle?

Residents of all our units get the chance to park only one vehicle in the garage. If we have a vacant parking space, you can purchase a card for additional space. Pricing is determined by the stay length. Please reach out to us to know more about availability and pricing.

Can I invite some people over while I'm staying in the unit?

For every unit, there's a maximum number of occupants who are allowed to stay overnight. Contact us to know more about this because it varies by unit.
